Registration for the U&U 2009 Seminar is now open. All successful applicants are invited to confirm their participation before 3rd July, 2009. The registration fee of € 175 is due before 31 July, 2009.  Included in the registration fee are:

Not included in the fee is the conference dinner which is optional and for which an additional fee of € 50 is asked from all who wish to attend.

While registration and participation is primarily intended for those who will present papers during the seminar, a limited number of places is reserved for non active participants.  If you will not present a paper but nevertheless wish to attend, please declare your intention by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , with “Non-Active participant” in the subject line.  If a place is available, you will be invited to register and pay the fee before the 31st July, 2009 in order to reserve your place.

A very limited number of grants to cover the registration fee can be made available to NON-EU nationals who will present a long or short paper at the seminar.  Eligible participants who wish to be considered for this fee waiver should send a brief motivation letter [max 400 words] along with their confirmation to participate by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  before 3rd July, 2009.  Please note that this grant covers the registration fee only and does not include cost of the conference dinner.
